Are You a Christian Wrestler?

Genesis 32:24-26 (NASB)
"Then said Jesus: 'Father forgive them, for they know not what they do.'"

"Then Jacob was left alone, and a man wrestled with him until daybreak. When he saw that he had not prevailed against him, he touched the socket of his thigh; so the socket of Jacob's thigh was dislocated while he wrestled with him. Then he said, 'Let me go, for the dawn is breaking.' But he said, 'I will not let you go unless you bless me.'"

When we pray and expect God to answer right away, do we get discouraged?  Jacob wrestled with the angel until  he got a blessing. Let's not give up on seeking an answer so easily. Keep on wrestling with your prayer request until the Lord comes through with an answer. We know the answer will be yes, no, or wait. We don't like no or wait, do we? It's worth the struggle to get the answer to our prayers. So, keep up the fight until you win the struggle.
